We handle all types of criminal cases and Appeals at the State and Federal Level.

We take a whole case approach. Every cases is different. Sometimes the facts are on  your side, sometimes the law is on your side, and unfortunately sometimes neither are on your side. The key to effective representation is knowing what the strengths and weaknesses of your case are and developing a strategy designed to provide you with the best possible outcome for YOUR case.  

Personal attention. I am the only attorney you will be working with. Your case is never passed on to anyone else. 

Experience: I am one of ta small number of attorneys in Northeast Ohio to have tried cases to a jury at both the State and Federal Level who has also won appeals (criminal and civil) at both State and Federal Courts of Appeal and has successfully defended a case in the United States Supreme Court. 

Technical Background: More and more cases come down to scientific evidence, forensics and technical questions. My Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and my years working as an engineer in several different industries give me the education and technical know how to look at the science and the expert opinions that can make or break a case.
